At Jane Glamour, we want your order to reach you as quickly and safely as possible. We use consolidated DHL shipments to ensure fast, reliable delivery across Uganda at the lowest possible cost.

Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the total weight and size of your order. Because we use consolidated shipments (multiple orders packed together), our shipping rates are significantly lower than standard international shipping.
The exact shipping fee will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email notification once your order has been dispatched.
Customs & Import Duties
All prices on Jane Glamour include applicable import duties for Uganda. You will not be charged any additional customs fees upon delivery — what you see at checkout is what you pay.
